 Perfect Fit

Attractive lid

The main reason I’m writing this is to let others know these lids will also fit the Anolon Nouvelle Copper Hard Anodized 10 and 12 inch pans. On those pans, these lids are a decent fit, but evidently not made specifically for those pans. Still, they stay on, and work well, they just aren’t a tight seal. They are beautiful and match the pan’s look well, if that matters. I wish I could find one for the 8 inch pan too.

Good, almost perfect

I purchased these lids to go with Anolon Advanced Hard Anodized Nonstick 12-Inch Open French Skillet. The lid fits perfectly. The only “flaw” in my sentiment is the metal rim. This metal edge helps make a tight fit on the skillet but gets hot for the duration of use. I am accustomed to glass lids remaining comparatively cool. It was a short learning curve to aviod touching the hot metal. It would be nice to not have any metal and a redesigned shape could still seal tightly.
