Stainless Steel???

Not at the base where the 2 baskets are joined, but when they meet to be closed. there is a little pin that helps the two basket to be aliened. that pin got galore sort of build up after having had the mesh ball in the tea for a few hours. i don’t believe this pin is stainless steel and i don’t think it is safe to use!!!

Decent but tea comes out

This tea ball does what it’s supposed to unless you have tea with little pieces. I put chai tea into the ball and a good deal of of the pieces are somewhat little and tend to come out of where the ball comes together.

Mesh Tea Ball Review

The product was incisively as described…it holds sufficient of my leaves to make a 2 qt pot of tea and easy to open/close/clean. I hook it on the lip of my tea kettle and let steep for a bit and ready! Love it…just what I wanted.
