poorly made

I started using my new ice cream maker on June 7TH,2009 and two days ago (June 29TH)it started skipping and we had to use the manual crank.
I have called the distributor “Unbeatable sales” 3 times and written an e-mail once. service does not respond or answer their phones.

I think I have figured out now why they only give a 30 day warranty, they know it’s a piece of junk. I have lost when it comes to $125 buying from this company so I may safely say:
I would never buy again from this company.

cheap and shoddy

What they don’t tell you in the write up is that this piece of instrumentation is cheap parts, shoddy workmanship and imported from China. Cost me $30 to return the piece of junk. Save your cash and buy something worth keeping.

The best ice cream maker I’ve seen!

We were very pleased with this purchase. We have not employed the hand crank yet, but the electric part freezes ice cream very firmly. I have never seen homemade ice cream frozen as hard as purchased before, nor have I ever seen an electric maker this quiet! We followed the directions to a T (adding water to the ice/salt mixture) and it came out perfectly! It also makes a ton of ice cream.
